"What do you mean Moloch doesn't exist? Of course He does! He makes the rains come and the crops grow as long as we sacrifice firstborns to him, it's science duh" - This judge

Superbly written though it made me feel sick to read it sorry... It's so perverse to see a parasitic idea overtake reality in real time with the gormless zombies ushering it in. I'm with the fire and brimstone judge, it is a demon threatening to wreak havoc in the world. If we fail in righting reality now it will just be the beginning...

Children can no more "consent" to have their healthy breasts and genitalia removed or take puberty blockers than they can

"consent" to have sex with an adult.

Similarly, parents and doctors can no more approve such permanent mutilation simply because a minor child desires it than they can approve pedophilia.

Ultimately society will see the truth and ban the practice as we have banned female genital mutilation. Do people support that practice if the parents consent? I truly hope not

It is monstrous to believe otherwise and those who do will ultimately be held to account for their actions.

Word. “Gender affirming care” is just cosmetic genital mutilation, just like FGM. Another “trans rite” proves these are religious practices.

I don’t understand how so many people don’t get it that these are merely cosmetic interventions, not functional ones. Do men really have so little understanding of women’s bodies that they think we’re just collections of orifices for them to f*uck? Do they just not understand anything beyond 4 inches into the vagina?

That might actually explain a great deal of the ignorance on display in these conversations & court rulings.

Reading the excerpts of the judge's opinion made me get short of breath. The manufacturing of a Constitutionally "protected class" out of thin air based on legislators' making mean comments was truly astonishing. More generally, the judge apparently accepted every element of the trans mythology.

I wonder when people will learn to say these chemicals and surgeries cannot in any conceivable circumstances achieve a child's goal of becoming the opposite sex or even a plausible imitation . All they can possibly accomplish is making the child a eunuch, a terribly mutilated one at that.

I have a suggestion to offer. Some might call it a "modest proposal". Accepting the court's ruling that the legislature cannot prohibit PGM practices and treatments, the law could nevertheless establish minimum requirements for the informed consent. How about a law requiring the child and parents to be shown photographs of the outcomes of the surgeries and informed, in effect, "this is the best outcome we can hope for, and even this cannot be guaranteed."

And barbaric. This is all unbelievable. Material reality is "animus."

I don't get it. Don't American courts have stare decisis?

Trans people who don't transition have to try to 'pass as cisgender' ... that's a new one!

Thanks for the catch up.

Does anyone know how Chloe Cole's case is going?

I’ve often wondered if a lot of these “gender critical” professors are plants.

Sometimes GC people project GC beliefs onto people who are not even claiming to be GC

This is true isn’t it. Has he ever claimed it? I’m assuming not.

I don't think he has. I mean, he's not innocent, he knows people are getting the wrong impression.

I don't think he's deliberately misleading - he probably sees himself as a "voice of reason". And it doesn't serve the interests of his professional class to have politicians meddling in medical decisions - undermines their authority. In principle, that may be sound, when the entire capitalist medical-industrial complex is rotten, not so much. But leaving it in the hands of politicians is dangerous as well - just look at that judge! (American judges count as politicians, don't they? His rhetoric surely sounds like a big political speech more than dry legalese...)

Legislation doesn't take precedence over the Constitution, and that's what these cases are about
