Why would people who provide truly necessary life saving care need immunity from lawsuits? The existence of this legislation proves the underlying falsehoods, I mean if you actually think.

Great work! I didn’t know about these two and the “law” seems like a lot of posturing.

There are so many obvious problems - I’m not a constitutional lawyer but, plain language… interstate commerce… it’s like a convoluted bill of attainder on top of it all - I think it’s called a “private law” but I’ve not had high school civics in 50 years.

And to protect doctors who have carved with knives and chemistry into the sex organs of minors, minor females who sought mental health care.

Perhaps they need a bill that allows anyone in RI to rob or kill someone in another state it is deemed therapeutic by appropriate affirmators.

Step across state line, take your life into your hands!

It’s the wild east all over again. Where’s James West and Artemus Gordon? Dr. Loveless is behind it all.

I'm a bit confused by this all standard of care thing (not a critique, I'm not a native speaker so it's definitely on me). What's a standard of care in law ? How is it made ? And why WPATH used that title if it's not a standard of care ? (I probably know the answer to the last question - they're charlatans.)

Side note: I notice and appreciate your use of "she" instead of "he" or "they" when giving exemples. It rejoices my little feminist heart !
